BAWA Congress Entry

If you wish to have your club congress flyer published on the BAWA web site simply forward to the web master an electronic copy of the flyer in any of the following formats. Word, FrontPage Publisher or .pdf
If you wish to have your congress entrants use the BAWA web page congress entry facility simply email following details. Most of which should be on the flyer.
1. Full congress details, events and dates 2 The director and convenor along with their email addresses. Both of whom will received email notification when players enter the congress event. 3.The capacity of the venue expressed as the maximum number of tables. 4. The date at which the entry should be automatically closed. (Note: all congress directors are able, via the web, to close a congress event at any time).
Note: 1. This service operates on a yearly basis - the above information should be supplied annually. 2. Publication of congress dates in the BAWA handbook or web based calendar is NOT an indication that web based entry will occur without an overt and annual request. 3. To keep track of entries it is important that the convenor and / or director enter events they receive by phone or snail mail onto the web site. As from 01/01/2007 this is a requirement. Failure to fulfil this requirement will result in the event being removed from the web entry list.
